The outbound campaign checklist: consent, calling windows and pacing

Outbound AI calling works when it respects the people you call. Use this checklist before every launch.

1. Import consent with your contacts and keep the source.
2. Scrub against your do-not-call list and national registries.
3. Set calling windows in the callee's timezone.
4. Cap daily attempts per contact.
5. Rotate caller IDs across a few local numbers.
6. Choose a voicemail policy: hang up, leave a message or drop a recording.
7. Review the first 20 transcripts before scaling up.
